Amanda L. Decker, Esq. is of counsel to The Legacy Law Firm for all corporate matters our clients may need assistance with. Amanda’s expertise is in large part due to her several years of litigation experience representing business owners, small and medium-sized businesses, and also million/billion-dollar corporations in various legal disputes including claims of negligence, breach of contract, general liability, commercial liability, and vicarious liability defense. On the transactional side, Amanda regularly advises corporate clients in various growing industries. Her transactional experience includes franchising, structuring partnerships, special purpose entity formation, negotiating business dispute settlements among members of companies, drafting various corporate documents and agreements, and much more.

Amanda owns a real estate investment company where she has negotiated various investment deals in Florida and throughout the U.S. Amanda’s personal experience in and ability to creatively structure real estate investment deals has allowed her to expand her legal practice to include commercial real estate investment transactions.

Amanda is a shareholder and COO of Florida Entrepreneur Law – a Firm for Dreamers and Doers.
