The Latest from Our Firm

Our 2020 Commitment to You.

With 2020’s arrival I wanted to make clear my commitment to you: moving forward our legal blog will be written in a way that is easy to digest and more enjoyable to read.

If you’re anything like me then you likely don’t take the time to read through an entire blog unless the information is truly useful!  Legal blogs especially…they tend to drag on instead of getting straight to the point.  That is why I’m changing things this year.  We plan to take a topic, break it down and then roll out separate short posts to help the readers stay engaged and learn about topics that interest them.  Simply keep an eye out for a topic that interests you, click our link to learn more and enjoy one to two paragraphs about it.  If you end up wanting more on that topic or other topics then let us know by visiting and sending us a message.  We want this blog to serve you!

Upcoming blog topics:

  • What is Probate?
  • Why do I want to avoid Probate?
  • How can I avoid Probate?
  • What is Estate Planning?
